2.6.1. Rivalry among competing firms.

 

The rivalry between companies is growing as strategies change, since competition will always want to be better and will look for the best way to stand on the other companies. Some of the factors that determine the rivalry among competitors are the barriers to market exit, fixed costs, the perishable product, consumer demand, among others.
In our project, there is competition but bilingual schools for profit, while our strategy is to provide a free and sophisticated service. In Zipaquira there is great demand for low-income people, but few deals while trying to pick one.
