The Internal Factor Matrix is a summary of internal strategic management audit which evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the functional areas of our organization to find the relationship between those areas. This matrix consists in ten strengths, ten weaknesses, weight between 0 to 1, rating between 1 to 4 and weight score which is the multiplication between weight and rating.
