Generate, evaluate and select strategies.

Generate, evaluate and select strategies involve making subjective decisions based on objective information that built strategies that generate feasible alternatives that we can evaluate and choose a specific strategy that include our politics, culture, ethics, and social responsibility considerations; this kind of information is showing in different types of matrices which are classified in three stages:

 

* The input stage: this stage in comfort by the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), and the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix.

 

* The matching stage: this stage is comfort by the Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Treats (SWOT) Matrix, Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, Internal-External (IE) Matrix, and Grand Strategy Matrix.

 

* The decision stage: this stage is comfort by the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).
