Develop vision and mission statements are very important for our Educational project because in those aspect you will find the reasons for our being that response what is our business with clear objectives and formulating strategies where we highlight some important aspect like our customer, markets, philosophy, self-concept, product and service and other aspects; everything is describe in the mission stamen.

 

On the other hand for us is very important to show you what we want to become in the future which is the vision stamen. Those aspects are essential for our project because they are our main motivator for doing our work every day, in others words develop of vision and mission statements are the base of our educational project because they show the purpose of managers and employees, moreover those give some information about strategic planning and how to achieve higher organizational performance.
