3.1 The resource - based view (RBV)

 

Are external factors important to the organization in acheving and sustaining competitive advantage.

It is determined by internal resources, and organizational resources. Physical resources,human resources and organizational resources.

 

PHYSICAL RESOURCES:

 

1. Location: The project will be located in the city of Zipaquira in the La Esmeralda, as it is one of the lowest income neighborhoods of the city.

 

2. Technology: The technology used in this organization should be such that children can easily use without danger that threatens their education, such as safety platforms.

 

3. Machines: Refrigerators snacks to keep in good condition, and the equipment needed to perform the cleaning of the site. Also a cell for use in emergencies, and security cameras for lighter when caring for children.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES:

 

1. Employees: selection and award of contracts, payroll, social insurance and SD, control rights and duties of staff, temporary low vacations, among others.

 

2. Training: Training programs for employees by / rectors / a, such as leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork, childcare, first aid, among others.

 

3. Experience: corroborate the applicant's resume work is true and have good references from previous work within this, you must have worked with children before. Also make a correct decision on the occupational profiles for each position.

 

4. Intelligence: Neuro, emotional intelligence, creativity.

 

5. Knowledge: Testing and psychosocial skills.

 

6. Skills: Skills required profile agreement, including communication skills, organizational skills, ability to multitask, ability to work independently, be attentive, flexible, adaptable and common sense.

 

 

 

ORGANIZATIONAL RESOURCES:

Structure: Our foundation has a flat Organization (also known as horizontal organization ) This general structure is possible only in smaller organizations , refers to an organizational structure with few management intervention between staff and managers . Well-trained employees are more productive when they are more directly involved in decision -making, and not closely monitored by many layers of management. Alos, Employees will be highly qualified and trained to perform any role within the company.

 

Planning Proccesses: Our main objective is to achieve our mission so all actions are coordinated and directed the development of this . We want to implement a practical education system providing English language learning in children. We have all the necessary tools , from highly qualified personnel , place meets infra structure to educate and excellent logistics by the administration.

 

Information Systems: An information system is a set of oriented treatment and management of data and information , organized and ready for later use , generated to fill a need or objective elements. Our organization has a system of specific information which is managed by the government this known that this enrollments and expenditures we have in the foundation.
