 Diversification strategies

In the diversification strategies are two types: related diversification and unrelated diversification; where related are using when their value chains possess competitively valuable cross-business strategy fits; in the other way, unrelated are using when their value chains are so dissimilar that no competitively valuable cross-business relationship exist.

In our case, we decide to use unrelated diversification strategy because we want to search across different industries for companies that can be acquired for a deal and yet have potential to provide a high return on investment which are development by plans, projects that motive to the company to growth and get more profitability from education service activity.
