Stage 1: The input stage.

In this stage we talk about EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, and CPM where the is a collection of some information from internal and external audit, moreover, the input tools for doing this matrices require strategies to quantify subjectivity during early stages of strategy formulation process. However, making small decisions in the input matrices regarding the relative of external and internal factors for building strategies more effectively generate and evaluate alternative strategies.
