2.6.5. Bargaining power of consumers.

In the industry there are many companies that provide the same product that the costumers need, the companies may offer warranties or special services to gain customer loyalty, the costumer often can negotiate selling price, warranty and accessory packages.

Is better compete with a high quality that low prices, the costumer have to feeling that is important to the company and that their needs could be accomplished if buy in this company

To our foundation is so important our clients that are the poor children, we always want to provide an excellent education teaching English to this specific population.
